Legacy File Converter release notes

The current public release is 6.1.1 (September 3, 2026). WinGet previously shipped 3.1.6.0 (June 2026). This page lists user-visible changes through 6.1.1 compared with that build.

6.1.1 still converts 100+ legacy document, spreadsheet, presentation, and image formats locally — including WordPerfect, Lotus 1-2-3, Works, Quattro Pro, Ami Pro, HEIC, and XPS — with batch conversion, watch folders, and Explorer Quick Convert.
